Information you provide

The form collects your name, company or activity, contact number, business sector and selected package. You may also provide a website link, location, budget, content readiness and other project requirements. Please do not include payment card details, passwords or sensitive personal information.

Your chosen language, landing page and available campaign source are stored with the enquiry to help us understand the request and its source.

How the information is used

The information is used to review your requirements, contact you, prepare a quote and manage an agreed project. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

A saved enquiry receives a reference. The service keeps the enquiry separately from notification delivery, so a failed notification does not remove a saved request.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in the website's server database. Access is limited to authorised administrators and people handling the request.

When configured, the service sends internal email notifications through an SMTP email provider and WhatsApp notifications through the connected Evolution service. These services process the information needed to deliver the message. Authorised team notifications may contain the contact and project details needed for follow-up.

Opening WhatsApp or a payment provider takes you to that provider's service and privacy terms. Do not send payment information through the enquiry form.

WhatsApp updates

The form has a separate, optional choice for WhatsApp receipt confirmations and project updates. Choosing it allows those service messages to the number you provide. It does not authorise marketing messages.

You can request that optional WhatsApp updates stop by contacting the number above. You can also contact us directly on WhatsApp without using the form.

Optional measurement and browser storage

With your choice, optional anonymous, aggregate measurement can record package views and selections, form starts, confirmed submissions and WhatsApp clicks. These events exclude names, phone numbers, email addresses and the content of your enquiry.

Your privacy choice and language preference may be saved in your browser. Essential protection against repeated submissions and misuse supports the operation of the form. Declining optional measurement does not prevent you from enquiring.

An enquiry or WhatsApp click is not recorded as a sale. No advertising tracking is enabled unless it is configured with appropriate privacy controls.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry information is retained while needed to handle the request, manage any resulting project and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to ask about the information held, request a correction or request deletion. We will review the request and explain any records that must be retained.

The retention period and relevant service providers should be confirmed with you if they affect your project. No fixed response or deletion timeframe is promised in this notice.
