Service scope, hosting and handover

Price and agreed scope

Package prices are for a one-time website build in AED. Launch, Business and Growth have the limits shown in the comparison. The written quote confirms the total and any applicable taxes. A request for discussion is not an order and does not require payment.

Custom projects may have a smaller, larger or different scope. Additions and changes outside the agreed scope are reviewed and quoted separately. Package items are bundled; removing one does not create an automatic discount.

Pages, content and editing

Bilingual packages contain the stated number of base pages with Arabic and English versions. Growth's 2 case study pages are included within its 10 pages.

Launch uses final text and images supplied by you. Business includes information gathering and up to 800 words per language; Growth includes up to 1,500 words per language. You provide accurate information, the necessary rights to supplied material and approval of the final content.

Business includes a ready-made dashboard for agreed text and work images. Growth extends this to agreed service and project content. These are content editing functions, not an unrestricted page builder, custom business system or ongoing redesign service. Launch has no included dashboard.

Delivery and revisions

Target delivery starts once requirements are complete and the start of work is approved. Waiting for your content, decisions or feedback is excluded. The quote confirms the project schedule.

A revision round is one consolidated list of feedback within the agreed design and scope. Included rounds: Launch 1, Business 2, Growth 3. New pages, new features and a different design direction may require an additional agreement.

Preview before payment

Preview before payment is available only to projects accepted after a review of the business and website requirements. Scope, cost and revision rounds are agreed before implementation. Sending a form does not guarantee acceptance.

Accepted projects are reviewed before payment, with payment completed before final publication. Preview access does not mean unlimited work, optional payment or release of all files before payment. The written agreement confirms any review period and handover arrangements. Other projects have payment terms agreed before work begins.

First-year hosting and domain

Business and Growth include shared hosting with us for one year. Both use the same type of shared hosting; Growth does not include stronger or dedicated server resources. Launch hosting is a separate paid option.

Business and Growth include one available standard .com or .net domain for one year. Premium names and purchasing a name from an existing owner are excluded. The domain is registered in your name. The agreement records the start of the included year and the domain's actual renewal date.

Renewals are separate from the one-time build cost. The agreed amounts, what they cover and their due dates are disclosed before you commit. The free first year does not provide lifetime hosting or domain registration.

Business email

The included mailbox allowance is 1 with Business and 5 with Growth, at 1 GB per mailbox, free for the first year. Additional mailboxes and storage are quoted separately. A forwarding address or alias is not an additional mailbox.

The offer does not include a Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace subscription. Email operating limits, renewal charges and available support are confirmed before agreement.

Existing and external hosting

Your current domain and hosting can be used after checking compatibility. I can help you choose and purchase a suitable external service, including Hostinger, through your own account. External purchases are paid separately under the provider's current terms.

Our included hosting and email are not cash credits toward another supplier. The included domain can be connected to external hosting by agreement. You do not have to use our hosting to purchase website development.

Ownership and handover

The agreement identifies the files, account access, content and licences included in handover. The domain is registered in your name. Third-party tools, fonts, images and plugins retain their own licence terms.

You may choose another hosting provider and move the website under the agreed handover arrangements. Compatibility, transfer work and any third-party costs are discussed before the move.

After launch and excluded services

Each fixed package includes correction of implementation bugs for 30 days after launch. Content updates, new functionality and ongoing maintenance are separate services. Support channels and availability are agreed; no round-the-clock service or guaranteed response time is implied.

Photography, branding, e-commerce, payment systems, booking systems, custom backends, external system integrations and advertising management are excluded unless expressly added to the quote.

Basic search setup covers page titles, descriptions and indexing preparation. It is not an ongoing SEO contract and does not guarantee rankings, leads or sales. An initial data review in Growth does not guarantee a particular commercial result.

Payment and questions

Use only the payment method and project amount confirmed in your agreement. Package enquiry buttons do not authorise a charge. A payment link click or confirmation page alone is not evidence of payment.
